respective counties, that the same shall be record-
ed in the office of the Probate court of said coun-
ties, and a certified copy of said surveys shall be
received as evidence in any- court of law or equity
in this State; all expenses incurred in transcribing
said field notes and recording the same, shall be
paid from the county treasury.
SEC. 2. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
apply only to the counlies of Yazoo, Rankin, Wash-
ington, Issaquena and Coahomo, and shall be in force
from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 206.
AN ACT to prohibit Magistrates from issuing license to negroes
to carry and use fire-arms.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of
the State of Mississippi, That all laws now in force
authorising Magistrates to issue licenses to negroes
to carry and use fire-arms, be, and the same are
hereby repealed, and that this act shall be in force
from and after its passage.
Approved March 15, 1852.
CHAPTER 207.
AN ACT to remove the civil disabilities of Irvin Neely, a
minor, of Rankin county
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Mississippi, That Irvin Neely, a minor, of
Rankin county, be, and he is hereby released from
the civil disabilities of minority, and he is hereby
authorised to sue and be sued, to plead and be im-
pleaded, and to do and perform all acts for himself
as fully and lawfullyas if he had obtained the age
of majority prescribed by law.
SEC 2. And be it further enacted, That this act
shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.
Approved March 16, 1852.
