Be it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Mississippi, That all acts and parts of acts heretofore passed, incorporating the town of Bran- Repealing don, in the county of Rankin, be, and the same are clause. hereby repealed; and that the said town be, and the same is hereby incorporated under the provi- sions hereinafter expressed, with the boundaries and limits of said town as they existed before the passage of this act. SEc. 2.
