court oflaw or equity in this State, after this act shall
be carried into effect, unless the person or persons
rendering.such services, or selling such medicines,
were furnished, at the time of such sale or services,
with a license from the said Board of Medical- Cen-
sors, to practice or sell medicines in said county of
Adams.
SEc. 6. Be it further enacted, That two-thirds of
the members of the Medical Board of Censors shall
have power to expel a member under the provisions
of this act.
SEc. 7. Be it further enacted, That each person'
licensed by the said Board to practice physic or sur-
gery, or sell medicines in said county, shall, at the
time of receiving his licence, pay to the said Board
the sum of ten dollars, for the purpose of defraying
the expenses incident to said Board.
SEc. 8. Be it further enacted, That if any person
or persons in said county of Adams, shall, from and
after the twpe this act takes effect, presume to set him-
self or themselves as a physician or surgeon, or an
apothecary or a vender of medicines, and shall prac-
tice or sell medicines without having previously re-
ceived a license from the Board of Medical Censors,
by this act established or by the former Board of
Medical Censors, he or they shall, for every such
offence, and conviction thereof, pay a sum not ex-
ceeding five hundred dollars, recoverable before any
court having competent jurisdiction of the same.
SEc. 9. Be it further enacted, That any person or
persons prosecuting an offender or offenders to effect,
under the provisions of this act, shall be entitled to
one half of any money collected by virtue of the same,
