hundreth *acres, with'the tenements and heredita-
ments thereunto beloging or appertaining.
SEC. 2. Be itfurther eracted, That said deed,.so
executed, shall convey to the said Burrage Heath-
man, his heirs and assigns, all the right. title and in-
terest, which was vested in the form:*r President and
Selectnien of said town of Macon, by virtue of a deed
of conveyance from the Board of Police of said
county of Noxubee, to Reuben Ruff, President, and
Edward Keys, Joseph H. Frith, Fleming T. Collins
and John L. Purdy, former President and Selectmen
of the said town of Maeon, bearing date the twenty-
sixth day of July, A. D. eighteen hundred and thirty-
six.
SEC. 3. .nd be it firther enacted, That this act
shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage.

AN ACT to authorize John G. Neelly, 'of Claiborne county, to
remove to the State of Louisiana certain fpi L of his wards
Samuel C. and Mary Jane Neelly.
WHEREAS, the said John G. Neelly, guardian of
the persons and the property of Samuel C. and Mary
Jane Neelly, minors, is about to remove with said
wards to the State of Louisiana:
And, whereas, it will be for the interest of said
wards that their property should accompany.them--
therefore,
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of ths
