SEC; 3.   e itfuq,&erenacted, That this act, and the
oneto whiqh this ii anamendment, shall be consid-
ered. as Iauthopizing ..the defendants in such suits to
compel discoveries in defence in the
hesamermanner as
the plainiffs are- allowed to compel them, in aid of
the actions at law.
SEC. 4. Be it further enacted, That this act shall
be in force from and'after its passage.

CHAPTER 33.
AN ACT to encourage the exterminalion of Wolves.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of te
State of Mississippi, That the Board of Police of any
county in this State shall have full power and au-
thority to grant such premium for the extermination
of Wolves, as said board may deem necessary and
expedient.
