CHAPTER 173.
AN ACT to amend an Act entitled An Act to incor-
porate the Commercial Bank of Columbus, Missis-
sippi.
Reuction  SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the Legislature
Meat of Ie State of MiUssisi2ppi, That the capital
stock of the commercial bank of Columbus,
Mississippi, be, and the same is hereby, redu-
ced to the surn of five hundred thousand dol-
lars.
Repo-J.  SEC. 2. And be it iurther enacted, That so
much of the act to which this act is an amend-
ment, as contravenes the provisions of this act,
be, and the sarne is hereby, repealed.

after its adoption by a resolution of the board
of directors of said commercial bank of Co-
lumbus, dississippi, and not before.
