CHAPTER 135.
AN ACT to authorize the Boards of Trustees for certain
Townships therein mentioned to establish Joint Schools,
and for other purposcs.
SECTION 1. Ne it enacted, by the Legislature nithority,
of the Stale of Mississippi, That the boards of &
trustees for townships seven and eight of range
two east, and townships seven and eight of three
east, in Madison county, or any two or more of
said boards of trustees, have full power and au-
thority to establish joint schools, and to pay
for the same out of any school funds belonging
to said townships, as now provided for by law.
SEc. 2. And he it fNTiker enacted, That this when act
act shall be m force from and after its passage.
