Iteianqish.  SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the Legislature
;i~staes of the State of Mississippi, That all right, title,
and interest, now vested in said state in and to
a certain tract of land lying in the county of
Warren, of said state, and described, in the
map of public surveys, as lot number five, of
section number -thirty-two, of township number
sixteen, of range number three east, containing
about eighty acres, be, and the same is hereby,
forever quit-claimed and relinquished unto the
said James P. Bryan, J. E. Robins, Fairfax
Washington, and John S. Gooch, their heirs
and assigns, to th',eir nwn proper use and behalf,
forever.

CHAPTER 58.
AN ACT making certain Appropriations therein nained.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the L gislatu1  Of

be vlowcd and paid out of any moneys in the
treasury not otherwise appropriated, viz:
J. M. Downs  Article 1. To James M. Downs, for stationery
and door-lock ftrnished for the use of the secre-
tary of state's office, fifteen dollars and fifty
cents.
W, NV. & n. Art. 2. To W. W. and D. C. Young, for sta-
r:Yung. tionery ftrnished for the use of the legislature in
1837, in addition to two thousand dollars here-
tofore allowed, the sun of seven hundred and
fiftY dollars.
