CHAPTER 19:
AN ACT to make an appropriation for printing the Statutes
of Mississippi, and for other purposes.
Apropriates  SECTION 1. Be it enacted, by the Legislature
or of the State of Mississippi, That the sum    of
object  five thousand dollars, or so much thereof as
may be sufficient to pay for the publication of
the statutes of Mississippi, as ordered by the
governor, be, and the same is hereby, appropri-
ated, out of any money in the treasury not- oth-
erwise appropriated; and that the auditor be
required to issue his warrant on thb treasurer
for the same, payable to A. G. McNutt, gover-
or of the state of Mississippi.  .
neael a SEc. 2. And be it firther enacted,, That so
propriaison. much of an act entitled an act making certain
appropriations therein named, as appropriates
five thousand dollars to George R. Fall on de-
livery of twenty-five hundred copies of the sta-
tutes of the state of Mississippi to the secreta-
ry of state, be, and the same is hereby, repeal-
ed.
When act to. SEc. 3. And be it further enacted, That this
akeCffct. act shall take effect and be in force from and;
after its passage.
