AN ACT making certain appropriations therein named.
§ 1. Be it enacted by the legislature of the state
of Mississippi, That the following sums be allow-
ed and paid out of any money in the state treasu-
ry, not otherwise appropriated :
To Joel Selman, late tax collector for Jefferson To Joet
county, the sum of seventy-four dollars and sixty- Selman.

To Reuben Leech', for distributing the laws, Leech.
the sum of forty-five dollars.
To H. S. Eustis, prosecuting attorney in behalf
of the state, in the criminal court of Adams H.S. Eus-
county, at the December special term thereof, tis.
1837, the sum of one hundred and fifty dollars.
To     Pool, for distributing the militia law in To-
fourteen counties in this state, the sum of forty Pool.

To Perry Cohea, for wood furnished the legis-  Perry
