AN  ACT  to  incoiporate  tie sibscribers to  the  MiAssssippi
Union Dank.
1 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State of Mississippi, That an institution shall be
established under the title of'  The Mississippi
Union Bank, with a capital of fifteon .million
five hundred thousand dollars, which said capi-
tal shall be raised by means of a loan, to be ob-
tained by the directors of the institution.
§ 2. Be itfurther enacted, That books of sub- Books of
