AN ACT supplemental to an act, entitled an act to guard
against the insolvehey of the banlks and moneyed corpo-
rations of this state, and to secure the rights of creditors

beallowed and paid out of any money in
the state treasury, not otherwise appropriat-
ed:
To Howell Hobbs, for services in taking     nowell
and carrying to jail two prisoniiers, and ex-flobbs.
penses of guard, thirty dollars.
To Thomas S. Crofford, as sworn inter- Comas5.
preter of the Choctaw language, to Jasper
circuit court, twenty-eight dollars.
To Hamilton and Miller, for printing the Iamilton
general order of the governor, prescribing and Mller
