busha, one senator; the counties of Wash-
ington, Bolivar, Koahoma, Tunica and De
Soto, one senator; the counties of Lafay-
ette and Ponola, one senator; the county of
Marshall, one senator; the counties of Choc-
taw and Octibbeha, one senator; the coin-
ties of Pontotoc, Ittawamba and Chicka-
saw, one senator; the counties of Tippah
and Tisheningo, one senator; the county
of Monroe, one senator; the county of
Lowndes, one senator.
§ 3. Be it further enacted, That all acts uces,
and parts of acts contravening the provi-
sions of this act, be, and the same are here-
by repealed.

AN ACT to incorporato the town of Aberdeen, in the
county of Monroo.
§ 1. Be it enacted by the legislature of the Town of
state of Mississippi, That the south-east Aberdeen
quarter of section twenty-seveh; the north- teJ.
east quarter of section thirty-four; all that
part of fractional section twenty-six, south
of Matubby's creek; and all that part of
fractional section thirty-five  north of Mont-
gomery street, in the town of Aberdeen, in
the county of Monroe, shall constitute and,
be known as the corporate limits of said
town; and that the same is hereby incorpo-
rated under the provisions hereinafter ex-
pressed.
§ 2. Be it further enacted, That all the free votes,
white male inhabitants of said town, of the
age of twenty-one years and upwards, being
