CHAP. LV.
IN ACT to dissolve the bonds of matrimony heretofnre subsisting
between Oharles Necaise and Zine Necaise, of the county of Hun.
cock.
Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislatire qf
the State of .M1isissippi, That the decree of the
Cbancellor of this State, made at a Superior court
of Chancery, held in and for the eastern district
thereof, on the 20th 'day of February, 1832, dis-
solving the bonds of matitmony then subsisting
between Charles Necaise .and - Zine Necaise, e
and the same hereby is, in all things cotifirmed,
and that the said bonds of matrimony be hence dis-
solved and annulled.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature of the
State qf .Mississippi, That the fourth section of the
above recited act which requires the person or per-
sons taking out license to retail spiritous liquors,
to take and 'subscribe an oath before the clerk of
the county court of theproper county, that he, she,
or ithey Will not retail, sell or barter or cause or al-
low to be retailed, sold or bartered, in his, her or
their house or establishment, spiritous liquors of
any kind whatsoever, to any slave or slaves, ex-
celit by Ithe permission, of the masier oi overseer,
approved, Dec. 19th, 1831, be, and the same is
hereby repealed.
Approved, January 24th, 1833.
