AN ACT, to orp-nize and establish Circuit Courts, nnd to define

Section 1. Be it enacted by the Legislature f rhe suite
the Shtte of Misissippi, That for the purpose of es l
tablishing circuit courts, the state of Mississippi c;: ,ia.
shuii be divided into four districts, which districtsr icis.
shall respectively be cornp3sed of the several coun-
ties arranged herein as follows:-The counties of
Adams, Jefferson, Claiborne, Warren and Wash-
ington, shall constitute the first district.-The
counties of Hinds, Rankin, Madison. Yazoo, Mon- 
roe and,Lowndes, shall constitute the second dis- coniisti-
trict.-The mounties of Wilkinson, Amite, Frank- lute ech
lin, Pike, Marion, Lawrence and Hancock, shall distict.

Copiah, Simpson, Covington, Jones, Wayne, Per-
ry, Green and Jackson, shall constitute the fourth
distrtct: Provided, That if any new counties are
formed at the present session, the same shall be at-
tached to the second judicial district.
