said, to form a board of trustees of the school lands
therein, and they shall elect and form such board,
according ti law, then, in that case, the provisions
contdined in the first and second sections of this
act, shall cease to operate, on said school laws,  ens .
and the treasurer of the board of trustees of the1st. & 2d.
said township No. one, of range No. four, westt-uns of
as 4foressid, tinder the direction of the said board, shall cease
shall, u1pon receiving ten days notice, together with to operate.
a certified copy of the election and formation of
the board of trustees, in the said fractional town-
ship No. one, of range No. five, west, render a
true and perfect account of all the receipts, dis-
bursements, and all other proceedings, whatso-
ever, had:before said board of trustees of township
No. one, of range No. four, west, as aforesaid, to
the said board of trustees, that may be elected,
andi formed in said fractional township No. one,
of range No. five, west, as aforesaid, and shiill
also pay over to said board, the amount of all
moneys unappropriated, that shall have been col-
lectod, or receive, or that may be thereafter receiv-
ed on a.count or ami  fenetinnal t.wn. I in. hv the
said board of trustees, of towns ip  o. oe o
range No. four, west, as aforesaid.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives qf the State of M'lssissippi,
in General Ass.embly convened, That from, and
after the passage of this act, the justices of th&
peace of this State, shall hereafter be elected by
the electors In each beat, qualified to vote for
