AN ACT, to autorize the Board of Road Commissioners for Mon,

therein named, and for other purposes
Sec. 1. Be t enacted by the Senate and Ikuse
or Representatzwes of the state of MissYissippi. in

Sec. 2. Andbe it farther enacted, That so soon
as one or both of the above named roads are re-
viewed aid marked out by order of the board of
road commissioners aforesaid, agreeably to the
'Po divide provisions of the first section of this act, it shall be

tricts, &C. shall work on each, and appoint overseers over the
same, whose duty it shall be to compel all white
male persons over the age of sixteen, and under
the age of forty five, and all male slaves over the
age of sixteen and under fifty, living within fifteen
