AN ACT, to amend an act entitled an act to establish a Court 6f
Probate f6r the granting of leitrs testamentary of administa-
ti'ti and guardiansbip, for cotInty police, and for the trial of
slaves.
1ec. 1. Be it enact~d by the Senate and.FIouse
of liepresentatives of the State of Aliss'issippi,
in Geenel assemibly convened, I hat, wheneter
any person may feel himself or herself aggrieved
by any judgment, decree,'decisioi or order of the
countyano probate court, he or she shall have the
n what liberty of appealing to the court ofcdancer'y or su-
persons preme court of the state, upon the appellants, giv-
ggrieved ing bond with good and stdficient security, approv-
