to two parcels of land, the one situated in the
county of Jefferson, and State of Mississippi, it
being the undivided moiety of three hundred and
twenty acres, the other a lot, or parcel of land,
situated in the city ofNatchez, and state aforesaid,
on such terms, as lie may deem most conducive to
the best interests of said minors, and account for
the proceeds thereof, with the Orphans Court,
of the county of Adams, and state aforesaid.

CHAP. XVII.
AN ACT, to repeal the nineteenth sect on of an act, passed Juie
22, 1822, entitled (an act, to reduce into une, the several act6,
ouncerning executions, and for the r'elicf of insulvent debtors.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the State of Mississippi,
in General Assembly convened, That the nine-
teenth section of the above recited act, be, and the
same is hereby repealed, provided that the said
repeal shall not effect existing judgments.
