'CHAP. XLII.
AN ACT, to change the times of holding the courts of chancery for
the northern and third districts.
Sec. 1. Be itenacted by the Sepate and-louse
of Repiesentatives of the state of .Mississippi,

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate 'and House
of Repr-esentatives of the state qf JI1ississippi,
in Gheral Isseinbly convened, That from and
.after the pissage of this act, it shall and may be
williamlawful for William Haden, James Miller and
Bladen and Hannibal, free men of colour, to reside within
ite r   te imits of this state, any law to the contrary
reside in notwithstanding  Provided. That the said Wilk

each and severally, enter into bond, with good and
