use of any person who may sue for the same,

CHAP. LXII.
AN ACT, for the relief of the Minor Heirs of Amos J. Reed,
deceased.
Soc. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House
of Representatives of the state of Mississippi, in
General .dssembly convened, That it shall and
may be lawful for Angus Morrison, of Green
Anigus  county, guardian of Alexander, Abraham and Ab.-
Morr;son solum Reed, minors, and heirs of Amos J. Reed,
may delv. deceased, to pay over to Squire Reed, guardian.

ty, ill is to the said minors, in the state of Alabama, any
hands, as moneys that may be in his hands, as guardian 4f
to S.RQj said minors ; and also to deliver any slave or
slaves, which may of right belo-ng to said minors.
Sec. 2- .And he it further enacted, That the
receipts of the said Squire Reed, during the time
he may remain the legal guardian of said minors,
neceipt of shall be good and valid to the said Morrison, on
to be goo the settlement of his accounts, as guardian of said
to said  heirs, for any money, slaves or other property,
Mornaun. which he may deliver. to the said Squire Reed, on,
account of said heirs.
