A RESOLUTION disagreeing to a resoution from the
state of Ohio.
Resolved by the Senate and House of RPresenta-
lives of the state of Mississippi in General Issembly
konvened, That the State of Mississippi does not
conicur in the resolution from Ohio, proposing
a plan for the emancipation of slaves in the
United States.
Resolved, That his Excellency, the Governor,
he requested to forward a copy of the forego.
ing resolution, to the Governors of the different
states of the United States, reqiiestinig themr to
lay the same befor'e the Legislatures thereof.
