AN ACT, authorising the Adiministrator of Jeptha!Ginn, deceased,
of Pike county, to sell Real Estate.
SEc. 1. Be it enacted by te Senate and House of Repre,
seni tive of the state q'Alississfppi in General .dssembliy
conveel, That the Administrator of Jeptha Ginn. de-
reased,b.e, and he is hereby, authorised to sell th. un-
divided eleventh part of one hundred and sixty acves of
Janjd,.wbich the said intestate died, seized of ip Nlariop
