SEC. 141. Until otherwise provided by law, the Judge of

-        SEC. 140- This act shall commence and be in force frmn

same are hereby repealed.

SEd. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Rep resenta-
ives of the Slate of .Mississippi, in General ./1ssembly convened,
Conmr's. That there shrill beappointed by the County court of each
appointed. county in this StatV, at their first term after the first d#sy of
February next, a commissioner for each captain's district in
the,different counties jn this State, who shall have, possess and
qenjhy, all the powers hitherto possessed by the county court.
