this state, as prohibits the citizens of one election
district from voting in any other district in the same
county, except in districts entitled to separate repre-
sntation, be and the same is hereby repealed.

AN ACT
For the relief of Hugh Connell, sheriff ot Wilkinson
county.
Whereas it hath been represented that a certain
negro man slave named Jack, sold by said Hugh Con- Preambler
nell as a runaway slave, has made his escape from the
said sherit, who'becarne the purchaser at the sale
thereof, and whereas a great number of reputable
citizens, of said county have joined in petition with
the said Hugh Connell fbr his relief in the premises.
Be it therefore enacted by the Senate and I-louse ofjeprc- ncn
