AN ACT
-  Jfaking Appropriations, and for other .pv.

SEc. 1. Be it enacted by the Senate and
House of Representatives of the state of
Jlfississippi in general assembly convened,
That the following claims be allowed
and paid out of any monies in the trea-
sury, not otherwise aporopriated, to wit:
Appropria- to John W. Bryan, for carrying furni-
tons.     ture of the general assembly, from
Washington to Natchez, eight dollars;
to John Forsythe, for carrying furniture
of the general assembly, from Natchez
to Washington  twelve dollars; to Hen-
ty Price, for stationary, &c; for .the use
of the general assembly, when 'sitting at
Washington, twenty-three dollars; to J.
Whitehurst, for one pitcher and glass
tumbler, for the use of the general as-
sembly, two dollars and seventy-five
cents; to Louis Winston, for transport-
ing furniture of the general assembly,
from Washington to Natchez, eight dol-
lars; to James Foster, for one stove, for
the use of the house of representatives,
forty dollars; to Peter Isler, for printing
for the Mississippi Territory, thirty dol-
lars; for printing done for the conven-
tion, one hundred and fifty-two dollars,
the balance due him therefor; for print-
ing done for the present session of the
general assembly, eight dollars; to John
Lowrey, for two days service, as door-
keeper to the senate, six dollars; to
