.stablishing the Fees of certain Oficerq
therein named.
Sec. I. Be it enacted by the senate and house
pf representatives of the sRate of.Mississippi
in general assembl convened, That the
officers and persons in this act inamed,
shall be entitled to demand aid receive,
for the services hereinafter spentio-ned
the fees thereto respectively annexe4
and no more, viz.
To the Clerks of the Superior Court i
