Mississippi Territor.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the Legisidtive
council and Hiouse o' Representatiz's o' the
AiAsippi Territory in General Assenbly
convened, That it shall be the duty of all the
Census to inhabitants of this territory, being heads of

manner. estimate to the assessors of taxes in their re-

number of white males over twenty-one
years of age ; white males under twenty.one
years of age; white females over twenty, one
