§ 1. That G. C. Bingham, the present Treasurer of the State of Mis-
souri, be and is hereby allowed a salary at the rate of $3,000 per annum
from the 1st day of October, 1864, until his successor shall enter upon the
duties of his office.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
Approved February 10, 1865.
SAVINGS ASSOCIATIONS.
AN ACT to amend an act entitled  an act to organize savings associations and to fa-
cilitate exchanges, approved February 15, 1864.
Be it enacted by the General .1ssembly of the State of Missouri, as
follows :
§ 1. That the provisions of an act entitled an act to organize
savings institutions and to facilitate exchanges, approved February 15,
1864, be and the same is hereby extended to the city of Kansas, in Jack-
son county.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
Approved February 10, 1865.
