CONCURRENT RESOLUTION for Printing the Laws and Journals.
Be it resolved by the House of Representatives, the Senate concur-
ring therein:
1st. That there be printed six thousand five hundred copies of the laws
passed at the present session of the General Assembly, and one thousand
copies of the Journals of each House, for distribution as provided by law.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
Approved March 23, 1861.
JOINT RESOLUTION providing for a room to hold the State Convention.
Resolved by the House, the Senate concurring therein:
That the Commissioner of the Seat of Government be and is hereby in-
structed to contract for the use of the court house, in the City of Jefferson,
and fit up the same for the use of the Convention. which is to assemble here
on the twenty-eighth day of February, 1861 ; and upon the certificate of
the Commissioner of the.Seat of Government of the expenses therefor, the
Auditor of Public Accounts shall draw his warrant upon the Treasurer of
State for the same, which shall be paid out of any. money in the Treasury
not otherwise appropriated.
