AN ACT for the Relief of America V. Beasley, of Jasper County.
§ 1. County Court may upon the petition of # 2. Guardian to report proceedings under

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as
follows:
§ 1. Whenever America V. Beasley shall appear before the courthaving
probate jurisdiction in the county of Jasper, and then and there choose a
guardian of her person and estate, and said guardian shall have given bond
as required by law, it shall be lawful for said guardian to petition said court
to order the sale of all or any portion of the real estate belonging to his said
ward ; and said court is hereby authorized, upon being satisfied that it is
for the best interest of said America V. Beasley, to order the sale of said
real estate, or any portion thereof, upon such terms as said court may di-
rect: Provided, That before any land shall be sold under the provisions of
this act, said court shall appoint three disinterested Commissioners to ap-
praise said real estate, or the interest of said America V. Beasley, under
oath, a certificate of which said appraisement shall be filed in the office of
the Clerk of said court.
§ 2. When any sale shall be made under the provisions of this act, said
guardian shall report the same to the court, and if said sale has been made
in accordance with that order of said court, it shall approve the same; and
thereupon said guardian is authorized and empowered, whenever the purchase
money shall be fully paid, to make a deed of said real estate, to the pur-
chaser or purchasers, which said deed shall recite the order of the court, the
report of sale, with the approval thereof by the court, and payment of the
purchase money; and all the right, title, and interest of said ward, either in
law or equity, in and to said real estate, shall be conveyed in fee simple to
said purchaser or purchasers.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
