§ 2. Said William Wann shall make a full report of all matters in rela-
tion to said sale to the County Court of Lawrence county at the next regular
term thereafter, and if said court approve said sale, then the same shall be
valid.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

AN ACT to authorize Eliza Arnett to sell certain Property.

Be it enacted by the General dssembly of the State of Missouri, as
follows:
§ 1. That Eliza Arnett, widow of Duncan Arnett, deceased, is hereby
authorized and empowered to sell at public or private sale the slaves and
land of said Duncan Arnett, situated in Madison county.
§ 2. Before said Eliza Arnett shall proceed to sell said land and slaves,
she shall cause the same to be appraised by three disinterested householders
of the county of Madison, each of whom shall be sworn to appraise said
property at its real value; and said property shall not be sold for less than
its appraisement.
§ 3. Before said Eliza Arnett shall sell any of said property, she shall
cause to be made a full report of the same, accompanied with the certificate
of the appraisement, to the Probate Court of Madison county, for approval;
and if the same be approved, said Eliza Arnett shall have power to make
titles to such property in accordance with the laws governing the same.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.

and Malvina Potter, Infant Heirs of Emanuel Potter, deceased, to sell the real estate

clede, to wit: The south-west quarter of the south-west quarter of section
