( 5) acres, part lot north-west section eighteen (18), township fifty-three
53), range twelve (12); fifty-seven and a half (57 50-100) acres north-
cast south-west section eighteen (18), township fifty-threo (53), range
twelve (12) ; twenty-five (25) acres, part south-east north-east section
eighteen (18), township fifty-three (53), range twelve (12), situated in
Monroe county.
§ 2. Bef'ore said guardian and curator shall proceed to sell any of said
real estate, he shall cause the same to be appraised by three disinterested
householders of the said county of Monroo, and said real estate shall not
be sold at less than its appraised value.
§ 3. The said guardian and curator may sell the said real estate for
cash or on credit, as he may deom best for the interest of his said ward
and if said estate shall be sold on a credit, lie shall cause the payments to
be secured by a lien oii the real estate sold.
§ 4. Before any sales made by said guardian and curator shall be con-
cluded, he shall make a full report of the proceedings, accompanied by the
certifieate of the appraisement, to the County Court of Monroo county, for
its approval ; and if the same be approved, the said guardian and curator
shall make a deed conveying all the right, title and interest of the said
Charles Ballen in said real estate to the purchaser or plirchasers thereof.
S.5. The money arising from the proeceds of such sale shall be loaned
out at interest by said gnardian and curator, under the direction and control
of the County Court, inl the same  muier and subject to the samc restric-
tionls now i miosel by law upon guardians and curators having money or
property belonging to minors under their control.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
