AN ACT for the benefit of Narcissa Foushee and her Children.

WHEREAS, Rhoda Hunt, deceased, late of Polk county and State of Mis-
souri, by a deed of gift, gave to her daughter, Narcissa Foushece and
her children, heirs of her body, a certain negro girl named Sarah, for
their special use and benefit; and whereas, John Harrison, of the coun-
ty of Polk and State of Missouri, was appointed by the Circuit .okurt
oY said county trustee of said property ; and whereas, it is belicved
by the said Narcissa Fousheo to be to the best interest of herself and
children, they desiring the same, that said negro girl be sold and the
proceeds of said sale be invested in real estate, for the special use and
benefit of the said Narcissa Foushe and her children ; therofore,
Be it enacted by the Genc rat Issembly of the State of Missouri, as
/TIows :
§ 1. That John Harrison, the trustee for said personal property, be
and he is hereby authorized to sell said negro gir], deded as aforesaid to
the said Narcissa Foushee and her children, hcirs of her body, by Rhoda
Hunt, deceased, either at public or private sale, and every increase she may
have ; and that he be authorized to invest the funds arising fromn the sale of
said negro girl and her increase in real estate, for the use and benefit of the
said Narcissa Foushee and her children.
§ 2. The said John Harrison, trustee of said property, is hereby   au-
thorized to cause the title of such real estate to be made to hinself as trus-
tee, for the use and benefit of the said Narcissa Fousho and her children,
the heirs of her body ; and that he shall have power to sell and transfer
any real estate so purchased for their use, by and with the consent of said
Narcissa Foushee, and invest the entire proceeds of such sale in any other
real estate they may think proper.
This act to be in force from and after its passage.
Approved February 28, 1859.

insane, to Lands in St. Louis county.

follows:
§ 1. That William O'Donnel is hereby appointed a committoo of one
for his wi fe Margaret, who has been insane for a number of years ; and
