to the said house and lot ; and such dced shall vest in the purchaser all the
right, title and interest, as well as all the right, title and interest of the said
Jane and daughter, in and to the said house and lot.
§ 2. If the proceeds of said sale le invested by said trustee in other
real estate, the title thereto shall be made to the haid trustce in trust for
the said Jane for and during her natural life, and at her death to become
the property in absolute right of her daughter, Ann Elizabeth Bagby.
§ 3. If the proceeds of such sale be kept at interest, and not invested
as provided, the interest accruing on the principal sum   may be annually
paid to the said Jane for and during her natural life, and at her death, the
said principal sum and all interest remaining in the hands of said trustee
at the time of such death, shall become the absolute property of the said
Ann Elizabeth Bagby.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Be it enacted by the General Ass m/bly of the State (f Missouri, as

§ 1. That the County Court of Howard county are hereby authorized
.and empowered, upon application of John P. Sebrue, administrator of the
estate of John A. Talbot, to authorize the said administrator to sell so
many of the slaves belonging to said estate of said deceased as shall be
deemed expedient and to the interest of the heirs of the said deceased.
§ 2. The court shall provide by their order requiring the slaves ordered
to be sold to be appraised, and shall make such provision to protect the
interest of the heirs its said court shall deem just and proper.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
