such stockholder in said company shall be disposed of (if not otherwise dis-
posed of and directed by the will of said decedent) in such manner as may
be directed by the court, or court having jurisdiction of probate business
within and for Holt county, on petition of the heirs, administrators or exec-
utors of such deceased stockholder, or on petition of any other person enti-
tled by law, for the time being, to have such interest disposed of in said
courts.
§ 12. That all acts done and performed by the aforenamed corporators,
and all sales of real estate, and purchases made by them of real estate,
within the bounds aforesaid, in their joint name, for and in behalf of and
on account of said company so hereby incorporated, prior to the passage of
this act, within the scope and power and privileges of said ForesG City Ex-
tension Company, are hereby declared to be legal and binding on said com-
pany to all intents and purposes, as fully and completely as if the same had
been done and performed after the passage of this act.
§ 13. This act is hereby declared to be a public act, and to take effect
and be in force from and after its passage.

15. City Register to be appointed; to take
oath and give bond ; his duties.
16. The Mayor and all other officers before
entering on the discharge of duties
of office to take oath.

19. An assessor to be elected; his qualifi-
cations.
20. A constable to be elected; to take oath
and give bond; powers and duties
of constable.
21. Real estate which may have been sold
may be redeemed in two years.
