Be it enacted by the General .dssembl of te State of Missouri, as
follows :
§ 1. That Jermina Hayes of Dallas county, be, and she is hereby
authoriyed to attach herself to any school district that ma7 be adjoining
to the school district in which said Jermina Hayes resides, in said county,
for school purposes, upon her filing a petition to that offect with the
school commissioner of said county.
§ 2. All acts inconsistent with the foregoing, are hereby repealed.
This act to take effect from its passage.

1 it enacted by the General .-ssemly of the Stale of .Missouri, as
follows :
I 1. That the County Court of the county of Dallas are authorized
and required to set apart a portion of the revenue levied in said county,
for county perposee, a sum sufficient to pay the interest at the rate of ten
per cent, per annum on the amount of money arising from the sale of
swamp lands that has, or may hereafter be appropriated by said court to
the payment of subscription of stock on the part of Dallas county in the
Pacific Railroad.
§ 2. The amount required to be set aside in the preceding section, shall
be appropriated to the support of common schools in the county of Dallas,
in the same manner that other county school funds are appropriated.
This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passnge.
