AN ACT to authorize Arnold T. Winsor. curator of the estate of Milton P. Winsor, to
sell certain real estate.,

Be it enacted by the General A.ssembly of the State of .Missouri, as
follows :
§ 1.-That Arnold T. Winsor, of Lafayette county, curator of the
estate of Milton P. Winsor, a minor, be and he is hereby authorized and
empowered to apply to the probate court of Lafayette county, for an order
for the sale of the following real estate situated in said county of Lafay-
ette, and known by the following description, to wit : the south-east quar-
ter of section number twenty (20), in township number fifty (50), of range
number twenty-seven (27), and the said court may, upon hearing all the
facts, order the same, if deemed to the interest of the minor.
§ 2.-Upon a sale being made by said Arnold T. Winsor of said real
estate, he may execute and acknowledge proper conveyances therefor, which
shall be recorded as other deeds, and which shall be effectual to convey all
the right, title and estate which said Milton P. Winsor has to said real
estate.
§ 3.-That the said Arnold T. Winsor shall make a full report to the
probate court of Lafayette county of the sale of said lands, and the re-
ceipt of the purchase money therefor, which report shall be recorded by the
judge of the said probate court in his office.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

§ 1.-George A. Settle, guardian of the persons and property of Ira
W. Settle, Melissa Settle, infant children of Reuben S. Settle, deceased, is
hereby authorized to sell and convey all the right, title and interest of said
infant children in and to the following described real estate, lying and be-
ing in the county of Monroe, and State of Missouri, to wit: the west half
