CARROLL - GUARDIANS.
AN ACT to change the guardianship and curatorship of the persons and estatcs of Louisa
McKenzie and Fanny T. McKenzie, from the county of Carroll to the county of Cole.
j 1. Estate of Daniel McKenzie removed ( 2. Duty of Clerk of Carroll county.
from Carroll county to Cole county.  8. Infants authorized to choose guardian.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of M11issouri, asfollow:
§ 1. - That the guardianship and curatorship of the persons and estates
of Louisa McKenzie and Fanny T. McKenzie, infant heirs of Daniel
McKenzie, deceased, is hereby removed and transferred from the Court,
having original probate jurisdiction, in the county of Carroll, to the
County Court of Cole county.
§ 2.-That the Clerk of the said Court, in the county of Carroll,
shall immediately transmit to the Clerk of the County Court of Cole
county, all the original papers in his office pertaining to said estates, and,
also, a certified transcript of all records pertaining to said estates, which
the Clerk of Cole county shall file in his office.
§ 3.-Said infants are hereby authorized to choose their own
guardians.
This act to take effect, and be in force, from and after its passage.

CASS- INCORPORATION.
AN ACT to incorporate the town of Harrisonville.

* 1. Limits of corporation; general powers.
2. Corporate powers vested in a Mayor
and Councilmen.
8. Qualifications of Mayor, and how
elected.
4. City Council; Mayor ex-officio Presi-
dent thereof.
5. Council shall appoint a Clerk; his du-
ties.
A. Time and place of holding meetings.
7. Style of laws of corporation.
8 Majority of members shall constitute a
quorum.
9. Police powers of Council.
10. Council shall have power to punish by
fine and imprisonment.
11. Power to cause pavements to be made,
etc.
12. Power to collect taxes.
13. Council shall have power to appoint a

Treasurer, Attorney, and other ofi-
cers.
( 14. Mayor shall be conservator of the
peace, and have the laws executed.
15. Mayor shall have jurisdiction of a jus-
tice of the peace, etc.
16. Council shall have power to appoint an
Assessor.
17. Vacancies to be filled by election.
18. General elections to be held on first
Monday in May.
19. Officers to take an oath, and give bond.
20. Council shall have power to extend or-
dinances over any addition that may
be made to said city.
21. This act a public act.
22. Provisions of this act to take effect
from passage.
23. Citizens of town to be exempt from
working on roads, etc.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Missouri, as follows:
§ 1.- That all that district of country contained within the limits of
the town of Harrisonville, according to the survey and plat of the same,
