lowing decribed real estate, to wit: The east hlfA of lot No. .1, north-east
quarter of so 'ion No. 4, !n township  NLo. t1, norti of rango No. 4, cast.
§ 2.-   A I. dood of I 1voyance by the above-namIed parties to the
aforesaid descblied real e ate Shall be legal and valid, to all interests
[intents] and purposes.

§ 1.-   That William   Z. Darr, gtardian of Faniy McKenizie, he, and
he is hereby, authorized to sell a negro boy belonging to said Fanny
McKenzie, and to loan out the money arising from the sale of said negro
boy.
This act to take effect from and after its passage.
