Whereas, letters of administration were duly granted to John P. Lowry.
upon the estate of Jesse M. Lisson, deceased, by the county court of
Clarke county, after whiah said Lowry was duly elected one of the
justices ol the county court of -aid Clarke county; therefore,
He iten actedby the genIeral asembl oflthe State < Aissouri, as follows:
§ 1. That it shall be lawful for John P. Lowry to act as administra-
tor of Jesse M. Lisson, deceased, a-d continue said administrator, and
make final settlement of the same, in the manner now required by law,
and the same shall be valid and effectual to all intents and purposes
any law to the contrary notwithstanding.
This act thall take effect from and after its passage.

Beit cuacted by the general assembly afthe State of . U11?souri,asfollows:
§ 1. That 1. W. Enyait and William Milligan, administrators of
the estate of Abrahiam Enyart, late of Gentry county, deceased, iQ
hereby authorized and empowered to sell a negro man by the name of
Charles, belonging to said estate; and th it said adminimrator shall ac-
count for and pay over to the heir or heirs of said estate, a, is provided
by law in other cases of administrations.
§ 2. That a bill of sale made by said administrator shall be, to all
intents and purposes, valid in law.
§ 3. Provided that said sale shall he mnade by and with the consent,
and under tihe supervision of the county court of said county, and that it
shall be the dtity of said county court to take additional and other se-
curity of said administrators, in sufficient sum to secure to tihe heirs the
additional amount of money thereby placed in the hands of said admin-
istrators.
This act to take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

late of St. Louis, deceased, and guardian of Ellen Clark, minor, heir of
said Theodorie Clark, is hereby empowered to sell and convey all the
right, title, interest,and claim of said minor heir in and to certain lot of
land in the city of St. Louis, and state of Missouri, situated in the contin-
