said child or children, as effectually as if made by themselves when of
'full age; and lie shall take a deed of trust on the property sold to secure
the deferred payments.
§ 4. That upon a sale of any real estate in manner as aforesaid, said
court may allow to Mrs. Mary Ann Penyose, the mother of said child-
ren, her dower interest in said land, which shall be assigned to her in
money; the value of said dower being determined and ascertained ac-
cording to Wigglesworth's tables.
This act shall be in force from and after its passage.

Be it enactedby the general assembly of the state of fissouri, as follows:
§ 1. John C. McKinney, guardian of AlexnnderW. McKinney, a mi-
nor, is hereby authorized to sell a certain slave named Daniel, belong-
ing to said minor.
§ 2. Said sale shall be at public anction,the said guardian giving twenty
days previous notice of the time and place of said sale, by six handbills
put up at six public places in the county in which the sale is to take place.
§ 3. The sale shall be on a credit of nine months, by the purchaser
giving bond with good security.
§ 4. The said guardian is hereby required, at the first settlement of
his accounts with said minor after said sale, to charge himself with the
amount of said sale.
This act to be in force from its passage.

Francis Powell, deceased, to remove his guardianship from Wash-
ington to Franklin county.

Be it enacted by the Gencral Assembly of the State of .Missouri, as follaws:
§. That Chesley B. Inge of Franklin county, is hereby authorized to
change his guardianship of the minor heirs of Francis Powell, deceased,
from Washington to Franklin county.
§ 2. The county court of Franklin county, shall so soorn as said giuar-
dian shall change his guardianship to Franklin county, require the guar-
dian to give new bond.
