RESOLUTIONS.
[A RESOLUTION CONCERNING TIP CENSUS.]
Resolved by Me Senate and House of Representailrs, rhat the Fecretary
of State be authorized to withhold the return of his Abstract of the Cen-!
sus', until he shall have received coiplete returns from all the counties in
the State, unless the same shall be called for by one of the louses of the
General Assembly.

[A RESOLUTION IN FAVOR OF FRANKLIN CANNON, ADMINISTRATOR OF
THE ESTATE OF DANIL DUNK LIN, DECEAFED.]
Resolved by Ite Senate and fouse f Representatives of the State of Mis-
.kouri, That the Auditor of Public Accounts be authorized and required
to draw his warrant on the State Treasury in fivor of Franklin Can-
non, administrator of the estate of Daniel Dunmklin, deceased, for the
suin of six hundred and forty-thtrce dollars and eighty-seven cents, for
services rendered, and cash advanced, as commissioner to survey the
southern boundary line of the State of Missouri.

Resolved by the General Assembly of the Si'e of Missouri, 1. That in the
opinion of this General Assembly, the re-annexation of Texas to the Uni-
ted States, is a great national measure, demanded by a large majority of
the people of this State, and that the safety and interests of both govern-
ments require and demand it at the earliest practicable period.
