SHERIFF.
AN AICT to empower Adam Alartin, a minor, to act as deputy sherif of Cole
county.
Adam Martin, a minor, allowed to act as deputy sheriff of Cole county.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Slate of Missouri, asfollows:
§ 1. That Adam Martin of Cole county, a minor, shall be qualified to fill
the oflice of deputy sherilr of Cole county (he being appointed thereto, rccord-
ing to law,) as fully as if he were of age; and all acts done by him shall, in no
wise, be impaired, by reason of his infuncy.
This act to be in force from and after its passage.
APPROVED, Feb. 17, 1843.

adjourn from day to day, and shall have power to compel the attendance of
