Resolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives of the state
of Missouti, Thha they do concur in the amenom-ols proposed by the
state oifGcorgia to the c)nstitution of the United States, passed the
twenty second day of December eighteen hundred ard twenty three;
which asi in the following words, viz :  That no part.of the constitu-
tion of the United States ought to be constiued or shall be construed
to authorize the importation or ingress of any person of color into any
one of the Jnited States contrary to the laws of such itate.
Resolved, by the Sernate and House of Representatives of the state
of Missouri, That this state does not concur in recomniending to the
legislatures (,f the several states or the congress of the Uaited States,
the measures proposed by the resolutiots of the state of Ohio passed
(he sevnteenith day Xf January eighteen hundred and twenty four.
Reslolvdd, That .ne Governor of this state be and hie i hereby re-
quested to communicate these rcsolutions to the cx( cutive of the dif.
ferent states and request that the same may be submitted to their res-
pectiVe legisldtures.               .dpproved, Jan. 002,.1825.
Resolved, by the Gederal Assembly of the state ofMtFours, That it
shall be the duty of the decretary of state immediately of er the pas.
sage of this resolution, tb copy and cnuse to be pubth'd in three
newspapers printcd in dilferent parts of this state an act ctited an act
to regulate fees of the several officers of this state, and the said secoreta.
ry and others concerned shall have the like compensation, to be adjus.
ted, settled and paid in like manner as in other like case.i.

Resolved, by the General Assembly of (he state of Misouri, That
the recretary of state be and he- is hereby authorised and required to
.copy and cause to be published without delay in three news papers
printed in this state a bill entitled an act to establish courts of justice,
at A prescribinv. their powere and duties.
Resoldvd, That the expense of copying and publishing the seid act
shall be paid out of the monies appropriated for copying aad printing
the laweand journals, and the auditor of public accounts shall au-
dit. the accounts of the, secretary of state and others concerned, and
draw his warrants accordingly.

Reqolved, by the Senate and House of Representatives, That
the joint committee appointed by both houses of the General As.
sembly of the state of Missouri. to settle the accounts of the audit-
or and treasurer be instructed t burn in the presence of the
governor, auditor and treasurer, all the warrants and loan office cer-
tifeates 'that have been redeemed previous to said settlement, and
make report thereof.                Aproved, Jan. 19,. 1825.
