CHAPTER 95.
Passed March AN ACT to make valid a deed from Susan E. B.
3,1802.     Yates, formerly Susan E. B. Etherington, to
Thomas H. Harris, of Kent county.
Deed mad.  SECTION 1. Be it enacted by tc General Assembly
ali~d.    qf jMarylanl, That the deed from Susan E. B.
Yates, formerly Susan E. B. Etherington, to
Thomas II. lHarris, bearing date the thirteenth
day of August, in the year eighteen hundred and
fifty-three, Ibr an undivided 1moiety of a house and
lot of land, containing three acres, more or less,
situated in Belle Air, in Kent county, and recorded
in Liber J. T. G., number one, pages four hundred
forty-six, four hundred forty-seven and four hun-
dred and fbrty-eight, one of' the Land Record
Books for Kent county, be and the same is hcreby
made as valid and eflectual in law, as if tle said
deed had been acknowledged according to law, and
a certificate of said acknowledgment, duly authen-
ticated, has been duly recorded with and as a part
Proyiso.  of said deed ; provide, nothing herein shall pre-
judice any creditor or person, without notice.
In force.  Sec. 2. And be it enactcd, That this act shall
take effect from and after its passage.
