SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly Amount to be

AN ACT to incorporate Curtis's Creek Bridge Passed March

SECTION 1. Be it enacted hy the General Assembly Incorporated.

ers for the stock of the said company and their succes-
sors, shall be, and they arc hereby declared to be a
body politic and corporate by the name and style
of the Curtis's Creek Bridge company, and by that
name shall have perpetual succession, and shall sue
and be sued, implead and be impleaded, answer
and be answered in any court of law or equity, and
shall be capable in law of purchasing and hol n
any goods or chattels, lands or tenements, that
may be necessary to enable the said corporation or
their successors to effectuate the objects of this act,
