AN ACT to change the name of William Henry Passed Feb.
Hutton, of Washington county, to William24,1860
Henry Earhart.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary- Name
land, That from and after the passage of this act, changed.
the name of Willian Henry Hutton, of Washington
county, be and the same is hereby changed to  il-
liam Henry Earhart, and that he shall be at all
times and in all respects entitled to use the name
of William Henry Earhart, as if he had always
been called and known by that name.
CHAPTER 80.
AN ACT fbr the benefit of Brice Brown.       Passed Feb.
14, 1860.
SEcTIoN 1. Be it enacted, by the General AssemblY  Levy.
of Marylan, That the county commissioners of
Carroll county, are hereby authorised and required
to levy upon the assessable property of said county
the sum of fifty dollars annually for the benefit of
Brice Brown.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That this act shall take In force.
