CHAPTEl 5.
AN ACT to authorise tile Orphans Courts of the sever-  Passed
al counties, of the State, nod of thcity of Baltimore, Feb. 10,1854.
to nlprove nod accept one guardian bond for several
wards, Mien the same person is guardian of several
infints, entitled to portions of the same estate.
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary. Authority to
latd, 'T'hat from and after the passage of this act, the approve bond
Orphans courts of the several courities of this State,
and the cily of Bahiiote tire authoriscd and empower-
ed in all cases wheic the said courts may deem it expe-
dienw, to approve and accept of one guardian bond,
where the same petson is appointed guardiat to any
number of infilits, who i'my be entitled to portions of
the same estate, instead of separale honds for each ward
as heretofore ; Provided, that nothing herein contained  Proviso.
shall be collsilrued so as to intelfern with aly remedies
against such bonds, hut the same shall be liable to suit
by all or cither of tie wards therein named, or their
iepresentatives, as fully as separate guardian's bonds
now tire.
