ment of Samuel Dunnock,late of said county, deceased,
tle orphan's court of said county be and they are hereby
authorised and empowered to make a distribution of the
personal estaie of the tsaid Samuel; aniong the persons
etilitled ao the snnie according to the principles of law
Proviso.   and the true construction of said will; Provided, the
said petition shall be filed before the first day of August
next.
Notice tobe  SEc. 2. dnd he it enacted, That it shall be the duty
given to per- of the said court before procceding to make distributiorn
nterest- as aforesaid, to give at least ten days notice i vriting
to each person interested, of the day on which said
distribution will be made, which said notice shall be
seri'ed by the shetiff of the counties respectively in
which said persons may reside.

as evidence. be taken and received as prima facie evidence of the
description and amount of the personal estate of the said
Samuel to bo distributed as aforesnid.

peal.      himself or herself aggrieved by the decision of the court
aforesaid in the premises, mnay appeal as in other cases
from thedecision of the orphan's court.
In force.    Sic. 5. And be it enacted, That this act shall take

Lawful to  SEXcrIon I. Be it enacted by the General Assemibly

Cecil county, to leave the State of Maryland and return,
.withont being subject to the penalties imposed on frea
negroes emigrating into this Stale, by the act of eigh-

* vided, that such free negro shall leave the State only
for the purpose of transacting business for his white
employer; And provided, further, that it shall not be
lawful for such free negro to remain out of the State
